The belt is a popular Victorian motif that represents the bonds that hold people together. Showcased here in black enamel with ornate engravings front and back. The inside is almost as lovely as the outside with an elegant curl of hair and hand engraving - “In memory of Charlie, Died 11th June, 1862”.
