Here we inform you about updates and events going on in the shop including sales and parties. We also usually include something fun like a playlist. If you wish to opt out of the newsletter subscription, you may enter your account and change these settings.

You can shop through our website and in-person at our Freestone store location to earn points that will be accumulated in your account. Just log into your account before checking out on our website, or let one of our friendly staff members know you have a loyalty account in person and you will be on your way to redeeming those very valuable points!

For every $100 you spend in store or online, you will receive 100 points! 

*Points are earned on each transaction and expire after one year from the date of your purchase. Points cannot be used for purchases during our sale events or on discounted items. Loyalty points cannot be combined with any other discount. Once you redeem your points, you have 6 months to use the discount code generated for those points. All purchases paid in full with loyalty points are final sale. Points cannot be combined with already discounted items, and cannot be used with any other discount codes or during sale events.

Once you get to 1,000 points,  you can start using them for purchases! Take a look at our points chart below.

1,000 Points = $100 OFF purchase of $500 or more

2,000 Points = $200 OFF purchase of $1000 or more

3,000 Points = $300 OFF purchase of $1500 or more

4,000 Points = $400 OFF purchase of $2000 or more

5,000 Points = $500 OFF purchase of $2500 or more

7,500 Points = $750 OFF purchase of $3750 or more

10,000 Points = $1000 OFF purchase of $5000 or more

12,500 Points = $1250 OFF purchase of $6250 or more

15,000 Points = $1500 OFF purchase of $7500 or more

Each tier of discounts is unlocked when the minimum spending amount for each tier is reached in your cart.

All purchases paid using loyalty points are final sale. 

Cochineal reserves the right to change the terms of our Loyalty program, how points are earned or redeemed, or any other guidelines and stipulations of this program at any time at our discretion and without notice to its participants.  

By joining the Loyalty Program, you will automatically enroll you to receive marketing emails relating to the loyalty program as well as hour monthly email list. When making purchases or redeeming points through our Loyalty Program, personal information such as your name, email, mailing address and phone number will be required and collected.  This information will not be shared.

Cochineal reserves the right to revoke membership to any member, at any time, at our own discretion. Permanent revocation of membership will be enacted to any member who shows any abuse of our Loyalty Program, including providing fraudulent account information.
